Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

As a small business we are unable to offer free returns. Please note that returns will need to be sent to us at your own cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@scentsationalhome.com

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To resolve any issues with your order, kindly reach out to our customer support team at support@scentsationalhome.com 

Please include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and any relevant photos for our reference.

Incomplete Orders

If, by any chance, your order is incomplete, we kindly request you to provide us with photos of the received products, the invoice, and the packaging it arrived in. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving any concerns and ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services.

Non-returnable items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

  1. Sample pots: These are intended for testing purposes and are not eligible for return.
  2. Used or partially used wax melts: Once these products have been used, they cannot be returned.
  3. Personal scent preference: As scent perception varies from person to person, we are unable to accept returns on wax melts you don't like the smell of.
  4. Gift cards

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace items that have been used.
